Andrea, usually known as Andy, was a beautiful person inside and out and cared about everyone and everything. She was the warmest and most caring mum, nan, wife and friend anyone could have. She was a huge animal lover and was proud of the fact she'd been vegetarian as a teenager back in the 60s when this was still very unusual. She donated to literally hundreds of charities over the years but particularly loved Hillside Animal Sanctuary and talked about the work they do a lot. Her family feel it's fitting that we ask for donations to be made in her name to this charity. It would make her smile to know she was still helping her beloved animals through her family and friends.
