In loving memory of Peggy Donkin, a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who will be forever missed. From a young age, Peggy has had a love of all animals and enjoyed her visits to Hillside greatly. Peggy would be proud to know that donations are being made in her name to a sanctuary that gave her such joy and pleasure during those visits. 

The photo of Peggy was taken when she was 95.  The last time she was at Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary was October 2021.  She passed away on 5th January 2022, aged 98 and 4 months old.
