It is with great sadness that Patricia Wiles, a most devoted supporter of Hillside Animal Sanctuary, passed away on the 4th May 2022.  Pat was an ardent animal lover throughout her whole life and in her younger years would often bring home stray dogs to look after.  Pat supported many animal sanctuaries of which Hillside was one and she loved to see the animals and work which went on there.  Making an annual pilgrimage to Hillside during her holidays often involved a lengthy detour, but this was the kindness, love and support which Pat dedicated to animals.  She also sponsored many of the animals at Hillside for her grandchildren and they loved receiving the sheep pictures.  Supporting this sanctuary made Pat happy, she knew she was contributing to the welfare and protection of animals.  Thank you for your work at Hillside.
