In tender memory of a much loved husband, friend and former colleague.

Mike died on 2nd June 2021 suddenly, aged 68 after living for some years with Parkinson's, Alzheimers, Vascular Dementia and was in remission from Cancer.

He was gentle, generous, kind, talented yet modest, with a dry sense of humour and a twinkle in his eye.

He was a true gentleman.

He loved all animals and donated to many charities to help them.

Working 43 years in broadcasting, many have said how much he nurtured them in their early careers and how generous he was with his time and assistance.

Everyone who knew him loved him.

I have been blown away (as would he have been) at the outpouring of grief and loving messages I have received from from friends and many ex colleagues in the broadcasting fraternity who havce worked with him over the years.

You were taken away from me far too soon my love.

Rest in peace, and take good care of my heart as I know you will.  Yvette xx
