John went missing December 2nd, 2024, and we found out on the 14th of January 2025 that he had sadly died. Since then, we have laid him to rest, and he wanted people to donate to Hillside at his funeral.

I’m so proud I was a part of his life and miss him every day. His dedication to animals was enormous, he would even feed all the local stray cats. He loved nature and long walks. He kept himself to himself, but nature was his best friend till the very end.
