Denise Janet Pell, sadly went to sleep on 16th June 2022 aged 72. 

A lifelong believer, advocate and ardent supporter of animal welfare which was further represented by her being a devoted vegetarian for over 40 years. She would also refuse to use any toiletries that could not be guaranteed as being cruelty free. 

Before her passing, and for her funeral, Denise requested that donations be passed to Hillside Animal Sanctuary. Something which allowed a donation to be made in excess of £200. 

Supporting Hillside Animal Sanctuary made Denise happy and proud, as she knew she was helping contribute towards the wellbeing and protection of numerous animals.
