Adam Zacharis, 69, was sadly taken from us on the 28/04/2022. He was a man with such a big loving heart for his family, friends and animals alike, with a cheeky sense of humour. He was a kind, caring and gentle soul. Born and raised in Greece, he moved to Florence to study as an architect. After meeting his wife Alison in Glasgow, they spent the best 40+ years together in Greece, where Alison, a member of the Hillside Sanctuary, worked with an animal charity assisting with operating and rehabilitating injured and homeless cats with the support of Adam.

Adam was a man that would care for others and animals alike, even in the worst of times. His ambition and love for life was beyond him. Beloved husband of Alison, he was also much loved like a son, brother and friend, Adam will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of having him in their lives.
